1100 W 7th Unit D- Basement Efficiency Apartment - The current photos are how the apartment was left after a move out. We still need to go in and do maintenance to take care of the floor and other things, so keep that in mind while looking at photos. This apartment is NOT move in ready just yet, but is on it's way there.

For an efficiency apartment this is one of the biggest ones we have. The kitchen, living, and bedroom are all one large room. There is a small wardrobe type closet, and cabinet space for the kitchen. The bathroom is pretty small with only a stand up shower.

The apartment building has coin operated washer and dryer in the basement (outside your apartment door). There is off street parking at the building.

There is the chance a garage space is available for rent for an additional $50 added on to the monthly rent.

Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit and $25 monthly pet rent per animal.

Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.

8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
