Newer home with hardiplank exterior, on large, level lot. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 car garage. Everything is on the main level except the 4th bedroom and 3rd full bathroom are upstairs. The house is total electric with central heat and air, with carpeted and nice laminated wood flooring throughout (see pics). The kitchen has beautiful granite counters, and includes use of a refrigerator, stove, above the range microwave and dishwasher. The laundry room is roomy and accessible from both the master bathroom and hallway off of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is a covered patio area with a ceiling fan, off the kitchen eating area that overlooks the large backyard. Tenant is responsible for the utilities and yardcare, the yard is approx. 1 acre. There is an exterior storage building that is available for a tenants use "As Is Only" and "At Their Own Risk Only". No additional charge is applied because of the storage building, but if it ever became damaged or destroyed, it would not be repaired or replaced, and there would be no discount in the rent if it were ever not usable. No commercial vehicles or large trucks permitted, residential passenger vehicles only.

Utilities and Yardcare are the tenants responsibility.
