Quality Room Rentals: 6 & 12 Month Lease Options

Economical Place to Live & Surrounded by Quality People:

The worst thing one could do was spend their entire paycheck on rent, get in constant fights about someone leaving dishes in the sink or living in a dump that you hated waking up to every day. That is the challenge right? Cheap attracts a certain element and when you are an adult, making things happen in life, the truth is you need to also surround yourself by driven, purposeful people.

After providing Co-Living spaces for over 8 year now, that is what we have mastered:

- A place that is in your budget and includes utilities;
- Do not have to deal with roommate issues;
- And if you could make new friends along the way, that is a BONUS!

For that reason, Community Room Rental was started. We began with 1 home back in 2013 and now own more than 30 houses which hold close to 200 people. It has become better every year and now people live here for 1-2 years on average as they get acclimated to the city.

Because we started by living in these houses ourselves, we put in the work to make each one is a place we want to live in:

-- Affordable Rent - Although you will share common spaces such as the kitchen & living room, you will have your own beautiful & private bedroom and (if you want it) private bathrooms (with all included utilities; electricity, water, gas, internet, trash, common area maintenance) that is half the cost of a 1 bedroom apartment (saving at least $600/mo). It is what allowed many of our tenants to cut costs and put those funds towards more important goals in life!

-- Professional Roommates - We interview and background check each potential roommate to setup an environment for all that is balanced with other, like-kind professionals looking to be involved in the same, supportive environment. To make things easy, we have established house rules such as marking specific shelving for each person and dishes are not to be left in the sink for more than 3 hours. We recognize that most of the challenges people have with roommates is "death by 1,000 papercuts", so by putting in house rules, we eliminate points of friction in the house before they even happen. Organization and quality expectations sets everyone up for success!

-- Beautiful Space - Every home comes with a fully stocked kitchen for anything you would need to cook including two refrigerators, a fully furnished & spacious living room to hangout, new washers & dryers to do laundry, and a deck with a fire pit to unwind at the end of the day. On top of that, we have a maid service that cleans all the common areas every 2 weeks and have a full-time maintenance & garden crew to make sure the place looks & feels like a place you would want to live.

Although some do not engage with their roommates (obviously it is not required), there are many more things we do to help build community for those who are looking for it. Some of these include hosting trivia or game nights every week, hosting a big party every year and also scheduling a big BBQ every once in a while. We have created a community where someone in transition, whether they are downsizing, broke-up with their significant other, or moved here & took a new job can jump into this house, make new friends (if they choose to) and start a new life.
