TERMS & CONSIDERATIONS:

NO PETS:This home does not allow pets of any kind.

SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building

RENTERS INSURANCE:Tenant is required to carry Renters Insurance for entire term.

NO HOUSEKEEPING: Monthly housekeeping services are NOT included but may be added at the Tenants request.

SNOW REMOVAL: All snow removal at the property is the responsibility of the Tenant. Inquire with Agent if driveway snowplow services are something you'd like to add.
