The Woodland Arts Fair is an event that Lexington hosts once per year. If you are signing this lease for 560 East High Street or 562 East High Street, you understand that we reserve the right to close the parking for these houses for the weekend of the Woodland Arts Fair only. You will not be allowed to park in the driveway or in the back during this weekend, including the Friday before the event. Vendors will be set up in the front yard and will try to be as respectful to the property and your space as possible. There will be $100 fine for any violations.
