Beautiful views of the Monterey Bay and Lovers Point can be seen from this second-story condominium!
It's right across the street from Lovers Point Park Beach, a few minutes walk to downtown Pacific Groves bistros, shops and movie theater, a 10-minute walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, or going the other way, to Asilomar Beach and Point Pinos lighthouse. Drive 10 minutes to the charming Carmel-by-the-Sea or to fine dining and golf in Pebble Beach, and about 45 minutes to Big Sur.
The upper floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath.The living room has an electric fireplace and a 50-inch HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player. Sliding glass doors open to a balcony, just the spot to watch whales, otters and kayakers. At night, guests will love the sounds of the sea and the city lights.
The dining area seats four, and is next to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Downstairs, has the master bedroom with a queen bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds (that can be converted to a king) and an HDTV. There is a stacked washer and dryer.
The bedrooms share a bathroom that has dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.
One car covered carport + one car is available on the street. Guests will also have access to the complexs deck at the rear of the building. Due to HOA policies, there are no grills or pets allowed.
