This 1,700-square-foot residence is conveniently located within a 7 minute walk to two Carmel beaches. It is also just a 3 minute walk to the famous Carmel Mission and Carmel Mission Ranch where you can enjoy appetizers, dinner or Sunday brunch with an ocean and pasture view of grazing sheep. Downtown Carmel is an easy 10 minute walk to wine tasting rooms, restaurants, galleries, Nielsens gourmet deli and the Sunset Center. Point Lobos State Natural Reserve hiking area is just a five minute drive from the house. Ten minutes by car to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Asilomar, and half an hour from Big Sur and Bixby bridge. It is also near golfing and sightseeing in Pebble Beach.
