Prices begin at $770 per month for our one bedroom apartments. Studio apartments start at $770. Two bedroom apartments begin at $950 per month. Two bedroom townhouses start at $1000 per month. Our three bedroom start at $1,150 per month. We also offer short term leases, as well for an extra monthly fee. 3 - 6 - 9 - 12 month leases are available.
Our Application Fee is only $40 to process your credit and background checks. Deposits are equal to your first months rent for unfurnished apartment and $700 for furnished apartments. All deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours.
We are also pet friendly (with restrictions).
Our executive suites feature whirlpool tubs, tile and are fully furnished. These extended stay units are rented by the month. If you plan to be in Muncie for at least a month this is a great place to be!
