Are you interested in getting on our Waiting List for a future move-in date? Apply now! Approved applications are good for up to 6 months before the applicant would be required to submit a new application. Any time we receive a Notice to Vacate from a current tenant, we will contact the applicants on our Waiting List first in the order their applications were approved.

All of our apartments are 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom units located in a peaceful, friendly, non-smoking community. All apartments include range/oven, refrigerator, ceiling fan, carpet, mini-blinds, as well as phone/cable hook-ups. We require a Security Deposit. Water & Garbage are included with rent. Tenants are responsible for Electricity & Sewer. We are a fully non-smoking community! Pets are permitted with pet fee (pre-approval required). All units leased on first come, first serve basis to approved applicants. All new leases expire on June 30, regardless of the lease start date. All current residents in good standing have the option of renewing their lease every July 1st (for 1 year) or else they are required to vacate their unit. We do not offer month-to-month leases.

RENT, DEPOSITS, & FEES:

Rent: $695 per month (Leases end June 30th)
Security Deposit: $695 (Refundable)
Application Fee: $40 per person (Non-refundable)
Pet Fee: $600 per pet (Non-refundable)

UPCOMING AVAILABILITY & TOURS:

Due to safety concerns related to Covid-19, our site office is currently closed and in-person appointments are only scheduled for urgent situations at this time. Consequently, tours are not available at this time. However, interested parties are always welcome to visit our property and walk around outside in order to get a feel for our community. Please note that all parties must wear masks / face coverings any time they are on the property and social distancing efforts must be maintained at all times. For your convenience, photographs and a floor plan have been included with this email [attached].

WAITING LIST & HOLDING DEPOSITS:

We welcome and encourage all interested individuals to submit an application at any time. Please be aware that the amount of individuals on our waiting list is subject to change at any time due to possible ongoing application submissions. Once an application has been approved, the applicant will be placed on our waiting list for the next upcoming available apartment in the order the application was approved. Once a current tenant submits a Notice to Vacate, we can accept a Holding Deposit from an existing applicant on our waiting list in the order that their application was approved. Once a Holding Deposit has been submitted, it will hold the apartment in the applicant's name until that unit is officially move-in ready. Approved applicants have the option of remaining on our waiting list for up to 6 months before they would be required to submit a new application. Please note that we cannot hold a unit that is already Rent Ready.

OUR PET POLICY:
- Vicious Breeds Prohibited
- Up to 2 (two) pets per unit maximum.
- All pets must be fully vaccinated and pre-approved by management.
- Residents must agree to all rules/policies as stipulated in the Pet Addendum of the Lease Agreement and pay a Pet Fee of $600.00 per pet (non-refundable).

APPLICATION SUBMISSION:

All applications are submitted online or a paper copy can be mailed to you if you do not have internet access. The Application Fee is $40.00 per person. If the applicant is married, both spouses are required to submit separate applications and pay the required individual per-person application fee. We cannot process any application until proof of identity has been provided by the applicant. Proof of Income must also be provided in order to confirm the amount of income the applicant lists on their application. Applicants are required to include rental history for the past 3 years, even if the applicant lived with family and/or was not on a lease. All application fees are non-refundable.
