It's just a few blocks from downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Its a 10-minute drive to golfing and dining in Pebble Beach, or to the Monarch Butterfly refuge in Pacific Grove. The Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row are about 10 minutes away, and its about 15 minutes to wine tasting and antiques shopping in Carmel Valley.
Living room: 36-inch HDTV, wood-burning fireplace.

The back yard has several sitting areas surrounded by Rhododendron, citrus trees, Calla Lilies and native Live Oaks. There's a gourmet gas grill.
